Orientation Program of TAV Group for new employees is planned enable them get to know the company while adapting to his/her job and the company as well as possible. On the first work day the newcomer receives corporate regulations, procedures, corporate magazine and Welcome Kit. Furthermore the beginner is expected to complete the Orientation Program via e-learning portal within a month. The newcomer receives general information and certain level of knowledge about TAV.
The new employee receives a welcome letter signed by Human Resources on his/her first day at work. In order to enable the employee to truly understand operations, he/she is informed about other departments and business processes. A colleague from the department is assigned for the newcomer’s orientation for two months. During that period, he/she provides necessary information regarding business processes and corporate activities and responds to the questions of the newly hired employee to help him/her adapt to the company. Orientation training programs are held during the first week of each month at TAV as planned by Holding Human Resources. New workers participate in development and awareness programs that deliver training related to corporate culture, basic know-how and competencies.
